How It Works

Vinto uses AI to transform your property photos into a professional cinematic video. The quality of your final video depends entirely on the quality and sequence of photos you provide.

Photo Requirements — For Best Results

• Logical photo sequence — walk through the property in order (e.g. entrance → living room → kitchen → bedrooms → outdoor)
• Maintain consistent lighting — take all photos at the same time of day with similar lighting
• Keep camera level — hold your phone/camera steady and level for each shot
• Overlap your shots — each photo should share elements with the previous one to create smooth transitions
• Avoid blurry images — make sure each photo is sharp and in focus
• Keep items, doors, and windows consistent — doors can't be open in one photo and closed in another, items can't appear/disappear between photos. We have systems to compensate but you may receive additional transitions in the final video
• Minimum 10, maximum 38 photos — more photos create longer, more detailed videos

What We Cannot Control

• The AI generates transitions based on your photo sequence
• If photos are out of order or inconsistent, the video may appear random or disjointed
• We cannot edit or rearrange your photos after submission
• Video quality reflects photo quality

Your Responsibility

By uploading photos, you confirm that:

• Photos are taken in logical sequence
• Photos are of sufficient quality
• You understand the video output depends on your input
• You have rights to use all uploaded photos

Photo Quality Guidelines

Required Standards

• Photos must be at least 1080p (minimum 1920×1080 resolution)
• Good lighting — natural light or professional photography lighting
• Sharp and in focus — avoid blurry or out-of-focus shots
• Photos must be in 16:9 aspect ratio (standard landscape orientation)

Common Errors to Avoid

• Low-resolution or pixelated images
• Dark or poorly lit photos
• Blurry, shaky, or out-of-focus shots
• Extreme fisheye or distorted perspectives
• Heavily filtered or over-edited images
• Photos with visible watermarks or logos

Delivery & Refunds

Videos are typically ready within 20–40 minutes depending on quality and photo count. Once production has started, refunds are not available. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to fix it.

No refunds for poor-quality submissions: if your uploaded photos don't meet basic standards (too dark, blurry, low resolution, out of sequence) we cannot guarantee satisfactory video results, and refunds will not be provided.

Free Test Plan: we strongly recommend trying the free Test Plan first to evaluate your photos and our service before purchasing a paid plan.

Usage Rights

You confirm you own or have permission to use all uploaded images. Your finished video is yours to use for marketing and listings.

AI Content Policy — Important

Our AI video provider enforces strict content policies. Submissions containing prohibited content will be automatically rejected and cannot be processed or refunded.

DO NOT upload photos containing:

• Paintings or artwork depicting faces — portraits, figure paintings, illustrations, or any artwork showing human faces will trigger automatic content rejection, even when fully clothed
• Nudity of any kind — paintings, drawings, cartoons, sculptures, posters, prints, or any other artwork or decoration showing nudity, partial nudity, or suggestive content
• Cartoonish or illustrated nudity — animated or stylised depictions are not exempt from this policy
• Artwork or decorative objects with adult themes — regardless of artistic merit or style

What this means in practice:

• Remove or obscure any paintings, prints, posters, or wall art showing faces or nudity before photographing
• Sculptures, figurines, or decorative objects featuring nudity must be out of frame
• Submissions rejected for content policy violations are not eligible for a refund
• When in doubt, remove the item from the shot before uploading

⚠ Tip: Ensure all wall art and decorative items visible in your photos are property-appropriate and contain no faces or nudity. This is the most common reason submissions are rejected.

Acceptance

I confirm that I have read, understood and agree to the Terms & Conditions, including the Portfolio and Marketing Use section. I also acknowledge and accept these instructions, including that video quality depends on the photos provided, and that any photos containing nudity or faces in artwork, paintings, cartoons or similar depictions will be rejected without refund.
