Vinto uses generative AI to animate the space between your photos. Occasionally, the AI may misinterpret the spatial layout of a scene — producing visual artefacts such as warped surfaces, incorrect perspectives, or objects that appear to shift unnaturally. These are commonly referred to as hallucinations.
This can happen when the direction, depth cues, or anchor points between two photos don't quite align — similar to how even a human editor would struggle to smoothly connect two very different camera angles.
Submitting a remediation request lets us re-generate just the affected clip with adjusted parameters. Most issues are resolved on the first retry.
