How It Works
Vinto uses AI to transform your property photos into a professional cinematic video. The quality of your final video depends entirely on the quality and sequence of photos you provide.
Photo Requirements
For Best Results:
- Logical photo sequence — Walk through the property in a logical order (e.g., entrance → living room → kitchen → bedrooms → outdoor)
- Maintain consistent lighting — Take all photos at the same time of day with similar lighting conditions
- Keep camera level — Hold your phone/camera steady and level for each shot
- Overlap your shots — Each photo should show some elements from the previous photo to create smooth transitions
- Avoid blurry images — Make sure each photo is sharp and in focus
- Keep items, doors, and windows consistent — Cannot have open doors in one photo then closed in another. Cannot have items appear/disappear between photos
- Minimum 1 photo, maximum 8 photos — for your free test
What We Cannot Control
- The AI generates transitions based on your photo sequence
- If photos are out of order or inconsistent, the video may appear random or disjointed
- We cannot edit or rearrange your photos after submission
- Video quality reflects photo quality

By uploading photos, you confirm that:
- Photos are taken in logical sequence
- Photos are of sufficient quality
- You understand the video output depends on your input
- You have rights to use all uploaded photos

Photo Quality Guidelines
To ensure the best possible video quality, please follow these guidelines when selecting and uploading your property photos:
REQUIRED STANDARDS
- Photos MUST be at least 1080p (minimum 1920×1080px resolution required)
- Ensure good lighting — natural light or professional photography lighting
- Keep images sharp and in focus — avoid blurry or out-of-focus shots
- Photos MUST be in 16:9 aspect ratio (standard landscape orientation)
COMMON ERRORS TO AVOID
- Low-resolution or pixelated images
- Dark or poorly lit photos
- Blurry, shaky, or out-of-focus shots
- Extreme fisheye or distorted perspectives
- Heavily filtered or over-edited images
- Photos with visible watermarks or logos
Free Test Terms
- Free test videos include a Vinto watermark and are provided for evaluation purposes only
- Limited to 2 free videos per email address and mobile number per 24-hour period
- By submitting, you confirm that you own or have permission to use these photos
Important Notes:
No quality guarantees for poor submissions: If your uploaded photos do not meet basic quality standards (e.g., too dark, blurry, low resolution, out of sequence), we cannot guarantee satisfactory video results.
We strongly recommend using this free test to evaluate our service before placing a full order.
AI Content Policy — Important
Vinto's AI video generation is subject to automated content policy controls enforced by our underlying technology providers. These controls are designed to comply with industry-standard responsible AI practices.
Content That May Be Affected:
- Artistic depictions of the human form — paintings, drawings, illustrations or photography featuring faces, figures, nudity or partial nudity
- Classical artwork and sculptures — decorative items, figurines or wall art depicting the human body, regardless of artistic merit
- Stylised or illustrated content — animated, cartoonish or abstract depictions are not exempt from automated content moderation
What this means for your submission:
- Images containing content flagged by automated policy systems may not appear in the generated video or may prevent video generation entirely
- These limitations are applied automatically at the AI processing level — Vinto is unable to override or make exceptions to these policies
- Submissions that are declined or partially processed due to content policy will still use one of your free video credits for that 24-hour period
- For best results, ensure uploaded images are free of content that may be flagged by automated moderation systems
⚠ Tip: Wall art, sculptures and decorative items featuring the human form are the most common reason images are flagged by automated content moderation. Consider whether any visible items in your photos may be affected.
Acceptance
I understand and accept these terms. I acknowledge that video quality depends on the photos I provide, and that certain images may not be processed or may be excluded from the final video due to automated AI content policy controls. I understand my free test video will include a Vinto watermark and is limited to 2 per email/mobile per 24 hours.
